To report your lost credit card, you need to first get a copy of your credit report and check for transactions which might have been illegally under your name. Call your bank, inform them of the loss and dispute the transactions if there are any. Then, ask them to cancel your account and request for a new card. You should also call the three credit bureaus, Equifax, Experian and TransUnion and request for a fraud alert to make sure that the thief is prevented from misusing your credit and damaging your financial health any further.
