Hello there… I need help! I have a $48 collection for medical co-pay that was not made. The OC sent it to a CA and no one will do a PFD and the OC would not pull it from the CA. I sent payment to the CA on Friday. At what point should I start firing off the GW letters? Thank You.
Hi Scarfyy,
I feel that you should wait for a week and then send the goodwill letter. But you should note that goodwill letters are not sent to the CA. They are mainly for the creditors. So, I don't think the goodwill letter will have any impact on the CA.
Take care

Welcome Scarfyy,
I agree with what Sara has said. In this situation, goodwill letters won't hold any value.
