Buy a home

Hello there… I would like to buy a $47,000 home on a 15 year mortgage. I have no credit or credit history but I have $8,000 saved up and I make about $400 a week and will have a roommate. I do not think that the bank will give me a loan and mortgage, will it? How can I build up my credit fast?
Without any kind of credit, it will be difficult for you to get qualified for any kind of loan even with a co-signer. It will be better if you could opt for some secured credit cards. If you properly maintain those secured credit cards, then you will be able to build up your credit.
