Need a Lender

Posted on: 28th May, 2010 10:12 am
Need a lender for 40k a year and poor credit. The Marks against them is three late payments. They paid everything off as of 2 months ago except for one payment. It's a 250 a mo payment and the only other payments is rent and utilities. What can I tell them?
I couldn't begin to advise you, Joy, on what to tell them. "Poor" credit isn't going to help anyone, but then again, we don't know how you define poor. Credit score information is imperative.

Also, you don't mention what kind of transaction you're seeking, other than needing a lender. If they're trying to borrow money to buy a bicycle, then I suspect that'll work out. If it's an automobile, that might be a bit more difficult, but still may work.

But if you're talking about mortgage financing for a home, then there is a ton of information that any sensible lender would be seeking and that you've not provided.

Before you can get help, you must begin to help yourself a bit.

Hi joytrapani,

Although you have mentioned that you have poor credit but you haven't told us exactly how much poor?
Secondly in this crisis of financial meltdown, hardly there are any lenders who are willing to risk by offering finance to those who have poor credit.
So immediate action on this problem is to increase your credit score slowly as there are no shortcuts for peaceful and great credit.

not sure it's all that useful, but i kind of like that phrase: "peaceful and great credit."

Well this is too cool that majority of property had landed by me.For thinking for other one.But the major concept i am thinking is to go for major profits to be earned from that investment.

Well, Glen, I'm not sure I caught precisely what you were trying to say, but keep in mind that "major profits" are few and far between in this market.
