Hi dobbins,

If you want to refinance your mortgage with a conventional loan, you would require a credit score of 700-720. If you are planning for a FHA loan, you would require a credit score of 620.

Hi,

You have not mentioned about your credit score. However, if you are looking for a conventional loan then the minimum score requirement is 700-730 and for an FHA loan it is 600-620. But there are lenders who provides loan to low score also. Do a market survey.
