Hi there… I won a couple of cases against debt collectors recently. They were unable to produce proper evidence during discovery. I would like to know how to go about getting them removed from my credit report now.
Hi Cavvy,
You should immediately contact the credit bureaus and ask them to remove the negative items from your credit report. You can even fax them a copy of the judgment that you have received from the court house. I hope this will help you solve the issue.
Thanks

Welcome Cavvy,
You can even dispute the items with your credit bureaus in order to get them removed from your credit report.
