My loan servicer granted me forbearance all the way back when the first payment was due. my question is will my score increase at all after the bureaus complete investigation and remove inaccurate payment history?

Yes, in the meantime you can follow a good financial regime to improve your credit score further like making timely loan payments, keeping low debt-to-income ratio, avoiding an overrun of credit limit and so on.
