there are many agencies who claim to fix credit in no time - are they reliable. If yes why and if no then why.
Hi, Yes there is some companies that will help you in fixing your credit. But most will do the same work that you would do yourself, Like sending them letters and calling them.
There are credit repair agencies who can help you in repairing your credit score. However, they would do so for a certain amount of fees. You can take various steps yourself and improve your credit score. You can check out the following link to know about the steps to improve your credit score:

my stance is just the opposite. i decry all these firms who charge a consumer to "fix" credit. the best person to fix credit is the borrower. there are non-profit agencies who will work with borrowers without charge, also. many of the companies that have sprung up to "help" charge fees and do nothing.
all borrowers need to be very cautious in seeking out credit repair agencies. there are too many scammers in the marketplace (yeah, i know that's hard to fathom).
