Should I respond with the requested information?

I sent an inquiry dispute to Landsafe via CMRRR. In return, they sent a letter requesting my complete name, address, and social security number. Should I respond with the requested information? Are they allowed to ask for that information if they already have my complete name and address?
They may want to clarify the whole information. I don't find anything wrong if you send them the details that they have asked for.

Hi Neon!

Welcome to forums!

I agree with what Niicss has said. They may just want to verify the details. You may provide them with the details that they have asked you to provide.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
