Me and my husband have credit scores of 620-625. We make 75,000 a year, will we be able to get a mortgage? We do have about 700 dollars in medical collections on our report but everything else is in fair standings, no late payment in 15 months.
Yes you should qualify no problems. You probably wont have to pay the collections either if you go with a fannie mae loan. Your income is good and your credit is good. As long as your not under 620 and havent filed bk or anything like that lately you wont have any issues.

You shouldn't have any issues. Your credit score is fine for FHA or Fannie Mae. Most lenders will disregard medical collections. Do you have $ for a down payment. That will determine whether you will go FHA or Conventional.
