Hi Lorry, If thats a middle score then yes you should be fine and qualify for the FHA loan as it requires a minimum score of 620.

I agree with Gary. The minimum credit score required to get a FHA loan is 620. As you've a credit score of 655, you won't face any issues in getting a loan provided you do not have other negative items on your credit report.

Few things like your debt to incoem ratio, employment history and also income willd termine how much you qualify for and how much is your interest

minimum credit score required for FHA loan is 620... you can easily qualify with a score of 650... but you should also qualify on other financial requirements....
Yes thats correct kbkevin. There are a lot of other factors going into getting approved for a loan other then just the fico score. Work history, pay stubs, bank statements are some of the other things they will look at before approving a loan.
