My EX and EQ is 585 and my TU is 644. In total, around 23 negative items were removed from my credit report. Some of them were paid, but a few weren't. I have two credit cards and a loan which shows that I'm making payments on time. I've read that mortgage companies use the middle score. However does anyone know of any mortgage lenders who will only pull TU? I want to qualify for a VA loan as I'm a veteran.
Hi Veteran,
Whether you apply for a FHA loan, VA loan or a conventional loan, all the lenders will consider your middle score. None of the lenders will consider the score that TU is showing. This is a rule followed by every lender. With a credit score of 585, you may qualify for a VA loan. I will suggest you the contact VA lenders and start applying for the loan.
Thanks,
Jerry

Nope, every lender is going to pull all 3 of your FICO scores when reviewing your mortgage app.
