i am unable to keep up with my mortgage payments as they stand . my mortgage balance is 350,000 my property value is 500,000 but I have 3 judgements attached to my title totaling 40,000. Will my bank take a deed in lieu with those jugements on my title?
Hi screaminhorns

Yes, you can ask the bank for a deed in lieu but it totally lies at the discretion of the bank to agree to it. They may go for foreclosure if they wish to do so.
