I paid off my home mortgage in Jan 05 but have no title or warranty deed. Where can I get a copy?
welcome Dmoreno,
I suppose you'll get the copy of the warranty deed from the County Clerk's office. By the way, have you taken the mortgage release certificate?

Hi dmoreno.
You have paid off the mortgage but you don't have the deed on your name. This sounds quite strange. I agree with Adonis that you should inquire it in the County Clerk's office. I think you have bought the property. If so have not you got the deed when you have bought the property?
Best of luck,
Larry

You paid off the loan on your home and haven't gotten any paid papers? Check you credit report and make sure how this is reported - you can pull a free report at annualcreditreport.com - You want to be sure it is being reported as being paid in full. Perhaps the lender never actually reported the reconveyance the property.
Hello Dmoreno,
All the previous posters have given you some really good advice. I would definitely follow through on it.
