I need to cancel my mortgage. Any suggestion how?

I have already signed the documents and I will getting the amount within couple of days, but now i need to cancel the loan.

How--Any Help
Hi Guest,

Welcome to MortgageFit forum.

In order to call off the loan you need to submit a written cancellation notice to the lender. The notice must be mailed or filed

for telegraphic transmission before the midnight of the third business day of application of the loan.

For further reference, go through http://www.mortgagefit.com/truth-in-lending.html

Eagerly waiting for further queries.

Hi ,
For cancel your mortage you need to fill document an submit to ledger then the original mortgage presented for cancellation is the original recorded mortgage including all pages and County Clerk's recording information. If the mortgage was recorded more than once the fee for cancellation is $20.00 per recording. But remeber that The Mortgage Cancellation will interrupt Your Bankruptcy. When the Mortgage is cancelled, your Bankruptcy can be dismissed.when the Mortgage is Canceled you will receive a Reconveyance of your Property. The debt is Canceled, not disputed or discharged. this will not affect toProperty Taxes .

I hope you understand .

Regards
Dilip

dilip whose question are you answering? did you manufacture all that in your own head?

there is absolutely no reference to bankruptcy, county clerk, property tax, etc. contained in the original post. are you in this forum or somewhere else?

please, please, please be sure what it is you're talking about before you provide advice.

What documents do I use to cancel a mortgage that has been paid to me.

Hi William,

If the mortgage has been paid off in full, then you'll have to issue a mortgage release certificate to the borrower. You should contact an attorney and he may help you with the process.
