I need to add my daughters name on my mortgage as she is the owner anyway she just had bad credit so therefore I took the mortgage in my name, How can I add her on as I am not well and I know the Bank would take the Home if I died
you can make a will and there you can make her the owner of the house and even through quit claim deed you can transfer the property right to your daughter.

you can talk to your bank and consult them for adding your daughter's name in the mortgage. refinance is a way that can be taken up to add both of your names on the mortgage.
only concern may be your daughter's poor credit and that's why i'm suggesting you to talk to the bank.
you may also take the help of an attorney in the matter especially since you are well at present.
