deed transfer

My father purchased a house for me before he passed away. the house was put in trust(with a paper not in the title) the trust has now expired the deed is in his name and mine. i now want to remove his name and add my husbands name. how can i do that and will i have to pay the transfer taxes again. I live in maryland.
