Hi Olive,
Welcome to MortgageFit Forums.
There are ways to come out of a particular mortgage company or financial institution. But before that, can you be a little more elaborate on the matter?
I wanted to know exactly what happened and how do you think they have put up something else at the closing table?
I can understand that you had a bad experience and didn't expect things to happen in that manner, but it will be clearer for people to guide you.
God bless you.

Olive,
Back again, with your query. Although, I don't know what are there in your mortgage Note and if there is a pre-payment penalty with your mortgage, I am giving you some general suggestions.
Some more details could have helped for some specific suggestions. You shouldn't have accepted their offer if you felt they didn't maintain their commitments.
Anyways, if you feel you need to change, them you may refinance your mortgage or re-mortgage with a suitable lender or financial institution. Go through our sections on those topics to find out more details.
Do some shopping around so that you can find someone suitable for you and do check their reputation in the market this time.
Feel free to ask us if you require some more or help with your query. We will be happy to help you as far as we can.
God bless you.

Hi Olive,
You are not alone. I have seen lots of people complaining about Chevy Chase regarding their drift from commitments.
I feel sorry that you got a similar experience with them. You may take the help of an attorney to check if anything can be done for their breach of contract.
It's best to pay off their loan as soon as possible. If you can manage another source, then pay them off and continue with some suitable lender or financial institution.
