sorry my english but i realy need to know what can i do, and what i can't do.
Hi,

You are correct. The quit claim deed does not affect your title of ownership. And, the deed should be recorded in order to avoid problems in future.

Please go through this section for further knowledge. And, in case of further queries, please let us know.

Thanks,
Jerry.

Hi,

There's no time frame though, but you should get the deed recorded as soon as possible. The sooner legal formalities are completed, the better and safer is it to keep the deed.

But I am not clear with this: Are you recording a deed for a second person - I mean you can't do that on his behalf. Just consult an attorney for further enquiry. You see, this is a legal matter and it's always better to have a final talk with your attorney.

Thanks,

Caron.
