I am going to take procession of my new condo. I need go through to the final inspection of the condo with the builder? What are the item i should pay while inspection?

Thanks
Hi Peter

You need to inspect every thing. I suggest you to hire an inspector with you. He is the person who will pay a close attention to everything.

Generally, we need to inspect mechanical, electrical, structural, and high cost item carefully. You will end up the inspection with a detail list of the items along with the estimated cost. Then, just sit down with the inspector and compare the item cost with the average cost.

Thanks
SJ

I would suggest you to hire a professional home inspector. The inspector will be able to tell you correctly whether or not there is hidden damage in the property.
