Hi Samatha, I am 1/3 ownership of a three-years-old house and would like to get out of this ownership, is ther any way other than sell to the other two owners or put the house on the market? (the other owners won't go for the above two options)
Hi,
Welcome to our forums.
You can get rid of that ownership by transferring the rights to the other owners through a title deed. For this, you need to contact an attorney to help you with the paperwork. And, you should sign the papers in front of the notary public as the witness. You should also get the deed recorded by the Registrar of Deeds.
Hope this will help you.
Please feel free to contact us for further queries.
Thanks,
Caron.

Hi Hueychu,
I will suggest that you can also think of transferring the title to some other person you feel like. As Caron said, I think you have to sign a title deed.
Thanks,
jerry
