sell or refinance

kindly provide some advice on whether it will be a good idea to sell few of my investments to pay off my mortgage or rather go for a refinance.
It depends on the return you are getting on your investments and savings you will have by paying off the mortgage. The total amount of interest you may have paid if you continued with the mortgage is the saving you would be making. Compare it with investment return figures to see if it will be really profitable to sell the investments.

To find out whether it will be beneficial to sell off investments for mortgage payoff or go for a refinance, one should make calculations and comparisons.

One should compare the possible return on the investments one intends to sell with the the interest saved by getting a lower rate through the refinance.
