after bankruptcy does a home equity loan gets discharged? any advice.
hi,
i think you should ask your attorney if home equity loan was included in your bankruptcy. were you able to complete all your payments you agreed to?
i would suggest that you should look to refinance your home equity loan they are usually not fixed and go up as much as once in every 30 days.
hope this information will help you.
thanks,
blue
