We own 5 acres and have purchased a new double wide. We have an existing construction loan but our contractor fees have gone over the amount allocated. Is there a loan that can roll over our existing loan with the balance of the contractor fees?
hi nikki,

i think refinance may be a good option to do so.

hi nikki,

welcome to mortgagefit forums.

i shall not suggest a refinance for you. instead i shall suggest you to go for a second mortgage for your construction project which will be helpful in repaying your existing mortgage.

i don?t think refinance will be a good idea as you may have a few years left to pay on the first one and will not want to start all over again.

feel free to ask if any more doubts have. you can sign up with us here at http://www.mortgagefit.com/signup/ for an appropriate loan offer which will be offered to you after analyzing all your conditions through mutual discussion.

god bless you.

for mortgagefit,
samantha
