I am paying a federal tax lien. Now what I want to know is that can I qualify for a FHA loan even if I have a federal tax lien?
Hi,
You can qualify for a FHA loan even if you are having a Federal Tax Lien. Just be sure that all your payments have been made on time.
Thanks,
Jerry

Hi Awwed,
Welcome to MortgageFit Forums.
You may qualify for a FHA Loan even with a Federal tax lien, as loan as it has been in the repayment schedule for atleast 6 months and all the payments have been made on time.
The monthly payment will be cunted as your monthly liability and will affect the amount of the loan you qualify for.
God Bless You.
Thanks,
Samantha
