Home was willed to me and now I'm selling. Does anyone know if I am still considered a first time home buyer? If I qualify for tax credits?

based on what we've seen for guidelines, tony, you wouldn't qualify.

If you haven't owned any property is the last 3 years and if this property is your principle residence, then you would be considered as a first time homebuyer.
