Is a mobile home considered a "home" in determining first time home buyer eligibility if it is not permanently mounted and can be pulled away?
Hi
I don't think the mobile home would be considered as home. It has to have a permanent foundation in order to be considered as a real estate property.

I read the rules on the irs website and a mobile home is not allowed to qualify for first time home buyer im sorry.
