yes, you can qualify for the tax credit
Hi gregy,
You can qualify for the First Time Buyer Tax Credit if you have not owned a principal residence in the past 3 years. You can get the full tax credit to purchase your home if your annual income does not exceed $75,000. If the value of the home you're purchasing is more than $80,000, you can qualify for the credit up to a limit of 10% of the purchase price.
