Bluegreen timeshare

I own a timeshare property (deed property and no motgage) I do not want to own it any longer. I would liekto donate it, give it away, anything. The annual dues are about 500 bucks and is currently due. I have exenstive real estate knowledge.
Since this property is in Florida and deed, I would think, I just need to transfer the deed and record it. Is this a possibility? or do I need to transfer to a Land Trust and name a corporation or person the beneficiary and go fromthere, either way ownership is not mine.
Thoughts?
Thx-
Big Mike
Hi Guest!

Welcome to forums!

You will have to transfer the property to the new owner and you can ask the new owner to notarize and record the deed at the county recorder's office. As the property is free and clear, you can use a warranty deed in order to transfer the property to someone else.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
