im filing chapter 13 and i own my home in miami, fl its paid in full can i sell my home after i finish with court procedings that is after i get a disharge from court i need to sell to move to another state and i would like to use the money for another home when can i sell my home is it possible

You will be able to sell off the property after you receive a discharge from your Chapter 13 bankruptcy filing. Once you are discharged of your bankruptcy filing, the trustee won't come after the money that you receive from selling your home.
