Re: Tenants in Common

I went to the web site of Citrus County courthouse in Florida and put in a search for the title but nothing came up. I myself don't live in Florida so how would I go about seeing if the title is clear or not? Since the property was auctioned off I didn't know that I could get anymore than the interest.
I don't think you can get any more than your share of interest in the property. by the way, is there anyone else on the property?

Well I think you need to check out from the public records as to whether your title is clear or not. Better call up the County Recorder's office and tell them about the problem you are facing. But I personally feel you may have to fix up an appointment with the county clerk's office and meet the officials personally. I know you don't reside in that state, but there's no other way as i understand.

Thanks
