Florida QuitClaim Deed

I want to quitclaim my condo in Florida to my boy friend. I can't manage the property any more. Can I just download the form and have it recorded myself? Do I need to pay any tax and stamps for quitclaim?

Yes, you can download the form, fill it up and then notarize and record it at the county recorder's office. But it is always better to take the help of an attorney. Yes, you will have to pay for the stamps and taxes. Check out some sample quitclaim deed forms in the given link:
