In Florida, If one property is in three names (mother, husband, wife) and two of the people (husband and wife) do not pay a different house mortgage creditor can they put a lien on the property that the three of us own together?
Welcome Guest,
As the husband and the wife are the owners of the property, their creditors can place a lien on the property if they don't pay off their debts on time.

Hi Guest,
You can contact a real estate attorney and he will be able to give you better information whether or not the creditors of the co-owners will be able to place a lien on that property.
Thanks
