How long can I live in Home before eviction.

Posted on: 06th Aug, 2010 05:54 pm
My question is this:
I live in Lake City, FL and I am 100% current with my payments and have been for the past 11 years, however, I see storm clouds forming all around me without any help in sight. I am retired military plus drawing Social Security. How long could I stay in my Moble Home before I am evicted? Selling is not an option as I am 11 years into a 30 year loan with GreenTree. My home is a single-wide moble home. If I simply left could the title holding company attach my military retirement or social security, or both?
Sincerely,
Bob
If you're current on your mortgage, then the lender will not evict you from your property. If you're delinquent on your mortgage balance, then the lender will foreclose the property. He will send you an eviction notice and you may have to leave the property within 3 days of getting the notice.
