i was sent a notice in June of my foreclosure court hearing but havent heard anything else how long in Florida do you think i have to move out...havent paid anything since sept 2009 they still call everyday

Once the lender forecloses the property and sells it off, you would receive a Eviction Notice from the lender. The time period within which you need to leave the property will be mentioned in that notice. You'll have to move out of the property within that time period. Normally, the lender offers a 3 day time period to move out of the property.
