Do I have to pay them?... I don't an agreement with the bank nor the PA, what should I do in this type of situation ?
hi julesbaby,

After a foreclosure sale, the lender generally gives 3 days notice to leave the property. However, as you are a tenant, you may pay your monthly rental dues to the bank and check out whether or not you can continue staying in that property. If the bank agrees to it, you can continue staying in that property. If the bank doesn't agree, then you will have to leave the property.

Hi julesbaby!

Welcome back to forums!

You will get the 3 day notice after your property is sold off at the foreclosure auction. You'll have to leave the property within those 3 days.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

I received a 3 day notice by the new owner of the house but I told him I was not going to move out in 3 days because I had 3 kids and I had paid my deposit and last month rent and did not know the bank forclosed on my landlord. I told them I would move out by the end of the month if I find something and wanted my last month rent and deposit. They told me they would keep in contact with but to start looking for new place. My place needs alot work done that my landlord never fixed.

Hi Maria,

You will have to leave the property asap as the new owner has purchased it. It will be the discretion of the new owner whether or not he would allow you to live in that property. Also, it will depend upon the new owner whether or not he would return the last months rent and deposit.

Thanks
