How can I give my mobile home in Florida to my son as a gift and he let me live in the home until I die?
I own the mobile home now and live in the home, he lives in Virginia but I want him to have the home and he let me live in there and I pay all the lot rent, taxes ect.

Hi Pepetruelove,
You can sign a quitclaim deed making your son the owner of the property with a life estate clause for yourself. Due to the life estate clause, you'll be able to stay in the property until death.
Thanks

You need to fill in the quitclaim form to transfer the mobile home over to your son, You can get more information by following this link: http://www.mortgagefit.com/quitclaim-deed.html
