neighbor ran his atv into my truck while on his property and did damage, how can I find the insurance companys name so that I can submit a claim he will not tell me the name. He does have a mortgage on his residential home.

I suppose the simplest way is to ask him directly. But if he's not willing to give the detail, it's better to approach the local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or your state Department of Insurance.
