My question is this:
I live in Lake City, FL and I am 100% current with my payments and have been for the past 11 years, however, I see storm clouds forming all around me without any help in sight. I am retired military plus drawing Social Security. How long could I stay in my Moble Home before I am evicted?
Sincerely,
Bronco

Welcome Bronco,
If you're current on your mortgage payments, then the lender will not foreclose the property. Once you're 2-3 months delinquent on your mortgage payments, then the lender will take steps to foreclose the property. After the foreclosure, the lender will send a eviction notice to you and the time period to leave the property will be mentioned in the notice.
