Purchase of mobile home in Florida by a married couple, husand and wife both on title, wife leaves husband, changes the title into her name only, husband knows nothing about it, isn't that strange she was able to do that without his consent?
If the husband's name is on the property deed, then he needs to sign the deed and transfer it to his wife. Unless he signs the deed, the wife won't be able to get it transferred in her name. If she has done so, then it would be considered as a fraud.
