Taking a name off a deed - How can it be done?

a few years ago i put my son & daughter on my deed (quit claim deed) my son is disabled and my daughter who lives out of state was going to come to florida and care for him. since then she has changed her mind. how can i take her name off my home. my home does not have a mortgage. thanks for any info
I was in a relationship it turned bad.I would like to remove their name from the deed.Is there any other way to remove it knowing they will not sign a Quit Claim Form.?.

OK no wthe loan isnt in the other person's name only in mine.

Hi Al,

Unless they sign a quitclaim deed, you won't be able to remove their names from the property deed. For further assistance in this matter, you should contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter.
