Seeking an Alt doc loan or No doc loan in Florida. I am purchasing new home in Boca Raton but have not sold my existing home in NJ yet. It is for sale though and plan on paying loan down dramatically or off completely once it sells. Seeking to obtain a non traditional loan in the meantime that may request 24 months bus bank stmts in lieu of returns. LTV 60-70%. I have credit score of over 700. Purchase price of single family home is $850k. Thanks!
