if i have poa, can i do lady bird deed and leave to myself as poa in the state of florida
Welcome Guest,
If you have a poa in your name, then you can use a ladybird deed in order to get the property transferred in your name. I don't think there will be any kind of problems. You can contact a real estate attorney and he will guide you through the process.

I agree with Adonis' opinion. If you have a POA, you will be able to get the property transferred in your name with the help of a ladybird deed. To know more about ladybird deed, you can check out the given page: http://www.mortgagefit.com/know-how/ladybirddeed.html .
