Is there specific wording that should be included in a Quit Claim Deed due to divorce?

is there specific wording that should be included in a quit claim deed due to divorce?...i've prepared many quit claim deeds for my company, however a friend asked if i could prepare one on her house. usually that would not be a problem, however, it is due to a divorce and was court ordered. in florida, doc stamps are not charged if the quit claim deed is filed due to a divorce. is there specific wording that should be inserted in the deed or does she only need the divorce documents?
Hi kgossett,

As far as I know, quitclaim deeds vary from state to state but I haven't heard of change in wording of the quitclaim deed because of divorce. I would suggest that your friend should visit a Florida based attorney and draft a deed from him. This will help her to be on the safer side and she will also be able to understand the legal terms and conditions.

Thanks
