does the quit claim deed need to be filed with any government agencies?...the form for florida looks rather simple to complete and have witnessed and notarized; do we need an attorney to complete or to file for us?
Hi dominicfirefighter!
Welcome to forums!
If you have filled in the form properly and also notarized it, you can simply visit the county recorder's office and record it. However, it is always suggested to take the help of an attorney because they can help you understand the legal terms and conditions and fill it up in the proper way.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
