how do we do a quitclaim deed for property in florida when we live in toronto, canada

quit claim deed is too easy to make. you need to fallout quit claim deeds form by help of your lawyer. once you filled out quit claim deed then you need to add it in record of your property management. as you say about florida . local rules of property transfer will be applicable for your process.
