Quit Claim & Medicare & Medicaid

my mother and i are both on the deed to a condo, where she lives alone. she will be needing to move to a nursing home in the near future. we both have signed a quit claim deed (joint tenants w/ rights of survivorship). she has no savings to speak of, and social security and i are her only sources of income. will she qualify for care w/o us having to liquidate the property? we live in florida.
