how do I make a quitclaim deed legal in florida, do I need a attorney?
Hi lhaskins!
Welcome to forums!
In order to make a quitclaim deed legal in Florida, you will have to notarize it and record it in the county recorder's office once it is signed by the grantee. Taking a legal help is always a good move but you can do it alone as well.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

Hi lhaskins,
I would suggest you to take the help of an attorney. An attorney will help you in drafting the quitclaim deed in a proper way. It order to make the deed legal, you will have to record it at the county recorder's office.
Thanks,
Jerry
