I have a non-owner occupied unit in Florida that is being foreclosed. I found out about it when I started to receive advertisement letters from foreclosure lawyers about the property but there has been no letters from the plaintiff.
Upon checking online, the property is on foreclosure since late 03/2010 and they served John Doe who maybe a neighbor or a building worker. I cannot afford a lawyer, I just would like to file the paper work to be served or to be notified in case the plaintiff decides to serve me by publication. Pls remember that all I am asking for is a sample letter that I can file in Court to inform them of my address.
Thanks in advance.

Hi loanmod,
I don't think a sample letter in this regard is available. You will have to contact an attorney and he may be able to help you in this matter.
Thanks
