i live in florida and i have a second mortgage which i am 3 notes behind they are sending me a notice of default, do i have the right to cure this before they can do anything

I woudl suggest you to call the bank and talk to them and see if they can work out a plan for you

your notice of default should have spelled out what would be needed to cure it. if not, check with the lender and see precisely what they need.
